Community Support and Care Pty Ltd helps to maintain a well-organized and documented process for monitoring service performance and service user needs.
Our system includes various aspects such as;
- A review system to detect any possible concerns
- Review of consumer goals
- Review of consumer needs
- Evaluation of quality and success of the services
- Renegotiation and update of the care plan
- Continued support for the consumer
Service Site Inspections: Prior to commencing a service, all care workers are requested to complete a structured and documented site inspection in order to adhere to the risk management policy since the services are provided in a Client’s home. Advanced Personal Care will make sure that effective risk treatment measures are put in place if a site inspection identifies any potential risks. Other than that all types of identified risks such as accidents, hazards and other minor incidents should be reported to the Manager in the first instance.
Police Checks: All care worker employees and contractors are required to undertake a Police clearance prior to commencing work with Community Support and Care Pty Ltd.
Manual Handling Training: It is a must that all support workers attend Manual Handling training techniques and be aware of OH&S policies and responsibilities, emergency response procedures and documentation associated with protecting the health and well-being of both themselves and clients.
